- Hi! We are Lucius and Martine Johnson. We are from New Orleans, Lousiana. Our family evacuated to North Carolina before hurricane Katrina. Following the breach in the levees, we decided to make Charlotte our home. In New Orleans, we owned “Bite Your Tongue” Take Out and Catering. We opened our business in 2002.
